price-based exclusionary abuses: as-efficient competitor test v. reasonably efficient test

It deals with the issue of decision standard for price-based exclusionary practices and puts into perspective the Post Danmark preliminary ruling of the European Union Court of Justice. The trade-off between the equally efficient competitor test and the reasonably efficient competitor test is analyzed.
